The gel in our kit is reviewed, tested and approved by the FDA, Food & Drug Administration of America, there are very few kits on the market that have been tested and approved by the FDA as ours has. They have very stringent guidelines on what can and cannot be sold to the general public. The gel has been developed by DR George Madray who is a leading dentist and chemist in the States, all the peroxides used in the gel are food grade peroxides. This is not an over the counter product or white label whitening gel, this is a 100% safe fully branded product. The gel is supplied to thousands of Dentists worldwide. The kits have been sold in America for over 13 years with NO reported ill effects.

A. COST, there is no difference between the gel in our whitening kits and the stuff your dentist will use, it is the same strength gel, you get the same power whitening but at a fraction of the cost.

A. The gel's active ingredient is Carbamide Peroxide, also known as Hydrogen Peroxide Urea.

A. Carbamide Peroxide is the primary active ingredient or bleaching agent in the professional teeth whitening gel. It is essentially a variation of Hydrogen Peroxide and combined with the unique adherence properties of the specially formulated gel, it provides the chemical reaction required to safely whiten your teeth.

The Clinical Pharmacology Classification of Carbamide Peroxide states that there are "No significant interactions", although some teeth sensitivity or minor gum irritation may be experienced, which normally subsides  after completion of treatment.

A. The strength of the gel in our kits is 16%. Most Dentists will use between 10-16% to treat your teeth as these are considered safe levels. Your Dentist will NOT recommend you use anything higher as these at home as it can lead to extreme sensitivity and possible damage to your gums. Dentists do also supply Carbamide Peroxide for patients to take home but these will not be above 22%.

A. The PH level in our gel is 6.7 to 7.2 which is considered very safe to use on all types of teeth and is a level recently recommended by the Daily Mail in a teeth whitening feature.

A. YES, you only have to look at the recommendations and the testimonials to see that these kits do indeed work. No other kit in the UK has been featured and recommended on mainstream television as ours has, all of the feedback is from independent review sites, the only difference between our kits and others of a higher strength is that ours is far safer. Higher strength gels can lead to severe irritation or sensitivity of the gums and teeth.

A. No, not if the procedure is followed properly. The effect on the teeth appears to be no different than the effect from commonly ingested foods or regular dental procedures. The gel does not weaken the teeth or harms the enamel in any way.

A. There has not been sufficient testing done on the effects of using a peroxide gel while pregnant. Therefore, we recommend that you not use any whitening system, teeth whitening at home is also not recommended for anyone under 18.

A. This depends on the nature of the staining and the length of the treatments. You will see dramatic shades of colour change overall. It's not unusual to lighten by several shades in the first few applications.

A. In the majority of cases within days. The gel substance works very quickly, but your progress will depend on the nature and depth of your stains. The process should take from 2-3 weeks for deep yellow stains.

A. Yes you can use the whitening system without any effect on your porcelain/plastic caps/crowns/bridges, but it will only work on natural teeth and does not whiten any dental work.

A. Once you have completed your treatments, you should be at your optimum whiteness. Depending on your age and diet, your teeth will stay a bright white for many years.

A. The teeth whitener kit should be stored at a temperature above freezing and under 85ºF and out of direct sunlight. We recommend storing the gel in the fridge, stored correctly the gel has a shelf life of about 2 years.

A. The gel has a mild but pleasant mint taste to it.
